2. Orders and Contract

• Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is only formed when your goods are dispatched.
• Pricing: We aim for total accuracy, but we reserve the right to cancel orders arising from obvious pricing errors or stock discrepancies.
• Compatibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check technical specifications (such as lug width) before purchase. We are not liable for items purchased for incompatible watches.

3. Payment

Payments are handled securely through trusted third-party providers (PayPal or Stripe). All prices are shown in GBP (£). For international orders, your bank may apply currency conversion fees which are beyond our control.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk: Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
• International Orders: For orders outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for all local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

5. Returns and Cancellations

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our returns process is as follows:

• UK Customers: In line with consumer regulations, you have 14 days to request a return for unused, factory-sealed items.
• International Sales: Due to the complexities of customs and non-recoverable export costs, sales outside the UK are final. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty.
• Condition: Watch straps that have been fitted, bent, or had protective films removed are considered “used” and cannot be returned for hygiene and value reasons.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Watch Link shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage to timepieces resulting from the use or incorrect fitment of our accessories. Our total liability is limited to the replacement or refund value of the product purchased.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
