At The Watch Link, we provide high-grade horological components and accessories. Due to the precision nature of our products and the complexities of international trade, our return policy is as follows:

1. UK & EU Returns

For customers within the United Kingdom and the European Union, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Factory Condition: The item is strictly unused, unworn, and in its original, factory-sealed packaging.
  • Fitment: The item has not been fitted to a watch. Once a strap has been bent, fitted to a lug, or has had protective films/tags removed, it is legally considered “used” and is ineligible for return.

2. International Returns (Outside UK & EU)

All sales to destinations outside the UK and EU (including the USA) are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders for “change of mind,” fitment issues, or aesthetic preferences.
  • Returns from these regions are only permitted if the item is proven to be technically faulty or the incorrect item was dispatched.
  • By completing a purchase for delivery outside the UK/EU, the buyer acknowledges that the item is non-returnable.

3. Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty:

  • You must contact us at Info@TheWatchLink.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear, high-resolution photographs of the fault.
  • If a fault is verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Regardless of location, the following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Special Orders: Items sourced specifically for a client request (e.g. Omega-specific straps).
  • Custom/Personalised Parts: Any item modified or made to order.

5. Refund Process

Approved returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.

  • Original shipping costs and non-recoverable payment processing fees are non-refundable for “change of mind” returns.
  • Items returned in sub-standard condition or showing signs of fitment will be subject to a 100% restocking fee (refusal of refund).
