Shipping Policy
1. Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. For UK orders, we provide free Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Customers can upgrade to Tracked 24 or Special Delivery options at an additional cost.
2. Shipping Times
- UK delivery: Typically takes 2-5 business days with standard tracked service.
- International delivery: Shipped via UPS, usually delivered within 5-15 business days depending on destination and customs processing times.
3. Import Taxes & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
4. Returns & Exchanges
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
- There is no restocking fee.
- If the return is because the item is faulty or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Info@TheWatchLink.com, including photos of the issue.
We may request the return of the damaged or incorrect item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will send a replacement if available. If not, we will issue a refund.
